What a result that was! Where has that Herrera been all season?
Still buzzing.
So happy we don’t have to read a “this bag is spineless shit” post from Blacky today!!! 😜😂April 7, 2018 at 7:26 pm #1621002OMG
April 7, 2018 at 7:26 pm #1621003Amongst all this you know the biggest thing that added to my pain in the first half was Kompany s celebration and the fans singing your shit!!!!! I’m stunned this is my man United the team that fights even if it loses! :(_
April 7, 2018 at 7:30 pm #1621005Ahahaha fuck yeeeah what a game..ah we just scored 3 goals at the emptihad my man Herrera should be Mom that’s what happens when you play for the badge
Shoutout to Smalling he’s always involved in our comebacks and I’m glad he cleared his name for that atrocious defending
GGMU 💘💘
April 7, 2018 at 7:31 pm #1621006Never seen a better half that our 2nd!
April 7, 2018 at 7:32 pm #1621007April 7, 2018 at 7:33 pm #1621008I never post at half time but today I did and I’ll gladly eat many of those words. I still don’t think we’re close to challenge for top honors but today, the team and manager deserve credit for that second half performance. City will wrap the league up sooner rather than later but it felt good to delay their celebrations, as well as watching the lose their lead and heads.
April 7, 2018 at 8:06 pm #1621021Wow ! We got up off the floor to show a desire and passion I no longer thought we possessed. Hats off to Herrera who was magnificient. He hasn’t played a lot of football but somehow dragged out a massive performance. I think his determination and commitment helped set the agenda and everyone followed his lead. His first time chest pass was also the best moment of quality in the whole game.
Second set of congrats to Young who was taken to the cleaners first half – but never threw the towel in, gave everything and made some vital interceptions second half. For the alledged pen he DID get the ball first too – even if red Nev is now turncoat blue and disagreed.
Final congrats to Sanchez whose been playing like a dog and I would have taken off at half-time – but created all 3 goals.
April 7, 2018 at 8:07 pm #1621023Brilliant comeback. defensive errors in the first half cost us badly. Second half was about being brave on the ball and standing up. Awesome to see the energy and fight. Fair play to the platers and the MANAGER for turning this around. We’ve now beaten all the big teams this season.
April 7, 2018 at 8:09 pm #1621024Oh and sanchez was awesome in second half. Played a key role in all 3 goals. Keep it up fella
April 7, 2018 at 8:10 pm #1621025Been on the sauce all day in sunny Barcelona, what a day.Worth every single 2nd!
April 7, 2018 at 8:22 pm #1621031What are the odds that Blacky posts later that he never watched the game now that we’ve won?
Credit where credit is due. Smalling has copped a lot of Shite on here and especially from me but he has truly humbled me today. Herrera has vindicated why some of us still see a decent CM in him, but for me, the moment of the game was the De Gea save.
Without this guy, Burnley and Everton would be our main rivals….
Great result in the end
April 7, 2018 at 8:28 pm #1621033Just finished watching the game. What a game,a real derby in the second half. First half we could have been 5 down. Dont know how we won that game. With luck and the referee Atkinson. I have never seen a more clear penalty when Young fouled Aguero.
Good second half from Pogba Sanchez Herrera and of course DeGea.
And Sterling, that man saved us too with his poor finishing=)April 7, 2018 at 8:33 pm #1621035DDG-Like Messi-NOT HUMANS.
April 7, 2018 at 8:43 pm #1621036Holy shit, talk about a game of two halves. To be honest City should have put us to bed in the first half. That save by de Gea kept us in it. And that asssist from Herrera! I have to say, even though Young got the ball, he went in studs up and other leg was off the ground so I think we got lucky with that one. Also, I think in the second half the Liverpool game seemed to be taking it’s toll on City as they looked a little off the pace. Or maybe it was just that we were finally pressing them and they couldn’t cope with it. Bottom line, backs to the wall the team showed great character so well done to all involved.
April 7, 2018 at 8:50 pm #1621041I said a couple days ago City are vulnerable with this run of games they have. Their season isn’t exactly falling apart – they will still win the league at a canter but at least finally after teams rolling over they are having to work for it. I think Liverpool will get an away goal in the second leg and there is no way City can go through. Then City are away against Spurs who, like us today will have had a full week’s rest. They will definately drop points meaning they will have to wait for the Swansea game at the earliest before they win the league
April 7, 2018 at 8:56 pm #1621042Don’t care what else happens this season now. That’s proper ruined City’s celebrations. Couldn’t be happier.
April 7, 2018 at 9:00 pm #1621043I know a City fan. He runs a pub up here. Was all smug Tuesday evening as he was heading down to Manchester for Liverpool and United games. Can’t wait till I see him next 😛
