I wouldn’t call us a shambles exactly. But what we are is a gazillion miles behind the top teams.I don’t blame Emery one bit.He is a coach who can only do what he can with this pathetic squad that the upper management is provided him with.Yes,our squad is pathetically weak, there’s no balance, even our first eleven is by far the worst of the top 6 with the exception of a few players.Emery has tried to make auba and laca work together but like other managers he’s too clever to fall into this two striker system. They have linked up well, but it’s not the partnership it’s just the system that dosen’t work in modern football anymore.Look at guardiola, how often does he play aguero and jesus together.Or any other top team for that matter.

I actually applaud emery, for having the balls to drop the most overrated player to ever play for this club- Mesut Ozil. He’s trying to set an agenda. He gave him a chance in the first half but as expected he was invisible just like he’s been for the most part of the season.Fans adore him,and overrate him at every chance they give.Like last game,Oh look at that pass to Kolasinac. That kind of pass comes once every five games, against bang average oppoistion. He’s put in one 300k a week perofrmance and it was against Leicester at home. The rest of his performances aren’t even worth 50k a week let alone 100.What people fail to realise about him,is that he seems intelligent and probably is,but he chooses the option to be simple. Most of the times,he just wants to pass it to the player at his feet. There is no defense splitting pass,or any other pass that is worthy of applauding. He’s indirect in that sense. And he surely is not the one to make things happen, unless he’s playing bang average opposition ofcourse. He needs to move on.
what kind of state is this?wherein we are dropping our highest paid player for tactical reasons. That’s the state of the club’s decisions in the past.

I feel for Emery,a very good manager who’s going to be made to look bad because he dosen’t have the backing.it’s just the lack of ambition all the way from the top.Our club is used to a certain standard and that standard is pretending that top 4 is a trophy. We will never want more under Kronke. If this club should have any chance to even have a sniff at trophies, that clown at the top has to leave.Because currently he’s destorying the club.
