Well then. Hate to say i told you so. Haven’t been on this forum for however many years but those that remember me will know that i was very anti Chelsea. They’ve been a stain on English football for years. The artificial cash injection that they’ve been living has inflated the transfer market, salaries etc and all it’s done is make the average fan poorer. There is no turning back time, their approach to football is irreversible, and for that reason, i’m absolutely ecstatic about where they find themselves today.
I was one of very few on here who predicted the downfall of Chelsea, i was a massive critic of their overinflated sense of worth, i said it was only going to be a matter of time before the bubble burst, ok this wasn’t akin to the immediate plummet of an internet compant in the .com era, we can all see that it took the best part of twenty years – i’m just glad the world has finally caught up to the rather distasteful and morally bankrupt ownership of Chelsea FC.
i’ve got no interest in being a part of this forum, i’m just here to remind those that opposed me that this day would come. How are you feeling now, nine nine nine?
Chelsea are finally in the mud where they belong – guess you have to ask yourself – was it really all worth it?
