Not easy playing against an away crowd for the first time lately. But this is a final. We won 2012 in Munich! (Just saw the highlight again last night, UCL glory, still my best time as a Chelsea fan). We have to want it, top 4 is in our hands. We worked hard so far, we can’t be complacent. I expect both Liverpool and Leicester to win. So any other result than a win for us: we’ll finish 5th

I’ll put another spin on all of this – Roy Hodgson’s farewell. You never know 🙂

“The best result we can get on Tuesday is a draw assuming that Leicester doesn’t go for the win, because of our impotent strike force, and our confused midfield. or at worse, we will lose that game.”

Like we were under Leicester’s power and at their mercy or something like that. Such inane statements have the temerity to come back and bite one on the butt. Not surprised we have heard nothing since we won.

Oh and it’s not having a dig, it’s a statement of fact.

True enough 67 although I think we will have to take care of ourselves by winning at Villa.

But Liverpool where so lucky v WBA I just get the feeling that with such a level of good fortune in that game they won’t let it slip now.

I think you are on the mark there 999 but geez it would be funny if they slipped. Remember the 3-3 draw with Palace a few years back when they needed to increase their Goal Differential and lost a 3-0 lead. That was a blast.

I do mate I was in Hospital recovering from an Operation so couldn’t watch the game live but watched the highlights on my bedside TV and couldn’t believe my eyes neither could Brendan Rodgers.😊

One of my best mates is a very dedicated Palace fan and he’s hoping for a repeat.
