4 days between Bournemouth and Atletico.
Same team could play both no bother, unless injuries of course.

My biggest worry for the Atletico game is our midfield.
Hendo out at the min is massive.
Fabinho being so badly out of form is hard to watch. He needs to play this weekend to get himself through this slump.
I’d play Milner this Saturday beside Fabinho to give him that xtra help through the game. And then one of Gini, Ox, Kieta. Subs defo to be made in midfield at some point.

Part of the problem last night wasn’t just Fabinho outta form, the other 2 midfielders didn’t exactly help him out either. Both very forward thinking players weren’t providing protection whn needed. The balance of the midfield was way off.

Im worried about the front 3 , vvd and taa too. Seems like everyone is out of form. We need to get out of this slump fast.

Not saying Henderson being out hasn’t been an issue but that’s not the point here. The hallmark of this team has been the ability to get the results we need regardless of who’s playing and who isn’t. In the past we’ve seen 2 of the front 3 off form and the 3rd would pick up the slack. That’s fine, it’s 2 players. Right now we’re looking at a whole team that’s off form bar Alisson and Robertson. It’s fine to have 1 or 2 who aren’t playing well but when there’s 8 or 9 at the same time it’s obviously going to be an issue, especially if that group includes the likes of VVD, Fabinho, TAA and all of the front 3. Any team would struggle if even 1 or 2 of the best players weren’t performing.

I also think we’ve been found out a bit in terms of the way we play and the weaknesses in our system. If we lose the odd game sure, but 3 in 4 having played poorly for the past 5 games is reflective of a deeper problem. Haven’t seen anything from Klopp yet to indicate that he’ll address this in the short term though. A lot of work to do but at least we have Anfield at the weekend.

I think fatigue has played a part, we’ve lost a some of the intensity and then losing a key spine player in Hendo has meant we are being got at by opposition teams.

I think Klopp probably needs to pull out a tactical tweak to his system until Hendo comes back in.

    Fatigue?
It was a rotated side with plenty of pretty fresh players

Delusional Scousers actually still think that this Liverpool squad is the best ever in the Premier League 😂😂😂. Teams have been over respecting Liverpool this season and laying down for them without a fight. When teams decide to take the fight to them now, Liverpool’s looking very ordinary. Virgil is a good CB but overrated in general. All those Maldini comparisons now look like a joke.

Before this game Klopp was saying big teams don’t lose two games in a row. So by his own admission, Liverpool are not a big team then. Klopp is overrated. Most things he says blow up in his face. “We will never pay ridiculous prices for players” – conveniently brings in two 70+ mil players a couple of months down the line. Dingbat.

How insecure do you have to be to come onto a rival page and try to put down and condescend to others just to feel some sense of validation in life? It’s probably killing him that we’re so shit and yet the Manure have found a way to be much, much worse. I highly doubt that you’re aware of this yourself but if you want people to respect you and your opinions, which you clearly do BTW, then maybe you should try to earn it by analysing your own character defects. In any case, seeking happiness based on the validation you get from others’ actions is a flawed ideology in itself. If you really need to feel superior to others by using such means, then I advise you to reflect on your own inferiority complex. I feel sorry for you at this point.

Martial(F)art, I’ll strike a deal, you stick with Harry Battleship Maguire and we’ll stick with Virgil van Dijk, second in Balon D’Or (only by 8 pts to equally overrated Messi).

Half our wins this season Mr Robert Bell have been by a one goal margin. Not much ‘laying down’ there, arse for brains.

Before I forget, let me make a note. I need to see how former United target Haaland’s doing at BVB and also see what Lukaku’s been up too since he make the extremely wise decision to leave the prawn sandwich shop, you of which, are the owner.

Finally, what have the numbers 15, 9, 7 and 6 got in common?

Add them together, take away the number of points we’ve accumulated this season and you get….5th place! Let me check the table and see who’s in……?

Love the fact that you are getting so upset about a united fan commenting on a Liverpool page… You have literally spent the last 30 years making the most of any united slip up as the only enjoyment of Liverpool’s season. What is the fuss is on here. It’s a united fan happy you haven’t done an unbeaten season. What’s the problem? Everyone knows Liverpool have won the league already. Absolutely nobody but Liverpool fans wanted them to go unbeaten and break more records. I don’t believe any Liverpool who says they didn’t care about going unbeaten or getting the points record. Of course that would have been a dream achievement.

The quality in the premier league this season is the worst in a long long time. I’m no Arsenal fan but it would have been a travesty if this efficient, hard-working Liverpool side had gone unbeaten. The quality they’re up against is nowhere near what the true great premier league teams faced. Worst Chelsea side in 25 years, worst Man Utd side in about 30, worst Arsenal side in 25 years, worst Tottenham side in 10 years, and City nowhere near their peak. Fair play to Liverpool they’ve won the league by working hard and running a lot but are nowhere near the quality of some past winners.

Sorry to burst your bubble but even Beckham was runner-up in the Balon D’Or in 1999 and twice runner-up for FIFA World Player of the Year. No need to wet yourself about Van Dijk’s nomination.

Before I forget, let me make a note. I need to see how former United target Haaland’s doing at BVB and also see what Lukaku’s been up too since he make the extremely wise decision to leave the prawn sandwich shop, you of which, are the owner.

I need to see how former Liverpool target Fernandes’s doing at United and also see what Minimouse been up too since he make the extremely wise decision to join the bin dippers in January.

It’s funny to see Liverpool fans rattled too much. Imagine Liverpool losing VVD and Mane for most of this season when they collapse without Henderson. You will win the league as things fell into place for you. You are not one of England’s best ever teams and are arrogant to believe that you are. City’s record 16 away victories, Liverpool didnt get close. United treble team lost 5 all season including charity shield, undefeated in champions league against Bayern three times, Barca, Inter and Juventus. In FA cup we were unbeaten knocking out all top 6 teams including Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Newcastle. There is simply no comparison, this Liverpool team already lost 6 by March against teams like Watford, Napoli, Villa etc, and most importantly perhaps united competed in every trophy, we didn’t chicken out of FA cup or league cup.

I’ll be embarrassed to be constantly posting on an opposition team site when the team I support is 37 points behind.
