City charged by the FA in relation to rules on anti-doping

    Serious admin cock up. To me, without knowing the facts, somebody is guilty of gross misconduct and should be sacked immediately.

    Strange that such a big well oiled organisation could have such a slip up. Seems a genuine oversight rather than any foul play though.

    The FA will not see it that way….they see ££££££££££s comeing in, they are like cameras on roadside…just waiting for people to slip up.
    If City have made a mess of this, yes, there should be a price to pay but I hope they look at there own house first

    City fined £35,000

    The FA statement in full.

    Following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing,
    Manchester City have been fined £35,000 and warned as
    to their future conduct after admitting a breach of
    The FA’s Rules on Anti-Doping.

    City were charged with failing to ensure their ‘Club
    Whereabouts’ information was accurate, contrary to
    Regulation 14(d).

    Somebody should be asking where the FA heads whereabouts were after there poor management
