SO the England supporters booed during the singing of the Denmark national anthem as they did during the German national anthem. I dont believe anyone should be surprised, Isnt this all pretty normal as well as shining lasers in Kaspar Schmeikel’s eyes. What an absolute disgrace why anyone would like to play in England is a mystery to me. Finally the majority of the English got excited about ending lockdown only so they could hit the pubs, doesnt that expain everything!
And if you think English fans are the only one, you live in cuckoo land.
I must have missed something I have not seen any other fans boo the England national anthem Kopite maybe you can elaborate! England has a culture of boozing everyone knows that. Why do you think everyone in the EU is ecstatic about brexit.

Completely agree booing the National Anthems by England fans is completely wrong as was the shining of the laser by “one” idiot in the face of Schmeichel.
But equally wrong is this outpouring of the somewhat misguided anti English sentiment ironically on an English football site by non English posters who follow both an English team in the English PL.

I consider myself lucky, ive seen a real golden generation of players from iceland at both the world cup and euros…
It was not something i thought was likely to happen and the one thing that made me more proud was the Icelandic fans…
For example the one fan that got hospitalised was a English guy wearing the Icelandic colours and he got a presidential visit…
Its the reason why nobody wants to hold the world cup there… clean up, be an example instead of the guy that is shining lazer into the goalies eyes..

Wow so the English gentlemen went on the rampage as expected. Accept defeat forget they were courageous blah blah. In a tournament like the euros there is only one winner and then there are the rest. You’ve only waited 50 years for a trophy might as well wait a few more. Cheers

Back to the United page where you can continue your anti English dialogue with the rest of your fans which should go down well 🤣I reckon the England fans have been brilliant this tournament on the whole and I am not going to be preached to by some daft pillock from one of the dullest countries on earth (Iceland) and a big whiney baby who brings shame on the name to proud Toms everywhere. Our group in Rome a few years back watching United were attacked by a big gang of Ultras with knives, bike chains, baseball bats and, bizarrely, a pair of step ladders. Three of my mates were taken to hospital and missed the game and I had a lump on my head the size of a golf ball but do you know what? I still think Roma fans are still brilliant, they just have a load of dicks who follow them as well.
There is nothing dull about going to a game with Iceland but I’ve never experienced hooligans… They don’t exist here and whenever there has been trouble with our fans we have resolved the issue without using violence…

Every team, club level or international, have their fair share of idiots. Even Iceland I am sure. But England act disgracefully on a whole different level to anyone else.
I read today about the young Danish family that whose bus was attacked and the father punched. The mob surrounded the bus causing fear to a 9 year old. She didn’t understand why they behaved that way and asked her mum who couldn’t answer.
On the beeb there’s a recording by ez rugby player Ugo Monye. He speaks about the guy with his two daughters being scared as the mob tried to storm Wembley. He also mentions the racial abuse when the penalties were missed by black players. Really shocking.
Then there’s the booing, no other nation boos anthems. England fans fail to realise that to be proud of your nation doesnt mean you need to hate others. There’s also a clip of some yobs trying and failing to burn the Italian flag before stamping all over it. Their stupidity was actually amusing but why so much hate?
Anyone who refers back to the 80s as justification is part of the wider social problem in my opinion.
England should never be a host nation of a major football tournament again.
I am not sure where Iceland came into my criticism I certainly did not mention them. The evidence is there for all to see the mindless violence has been broadcast around the world and each time English bad behaviour is highlighted people immediately attempt to justify it by saying yes but this happens in other countries, oh really? Those who go back in history remember that English teams were banned from playing in Europe (Liverpool for example).
Finally the racists have proven one thing that taking the knee before games is a sham!
