Will be a good test for us.

    2-1 to us I think.

If we can beat Everton here then I think we’re in the best moment of the season. (We probably are anyway)
But this does actually represent a test unlike previous games where the opposition has been relatively poor. We were absolute awful here last season so we need to put on a good performance.

Hopefully Martial is fit to start…

Everton are doing very well under Ancelotti and they’ll be a very tough prospect. He’s got them organised and Calvert-Lewin is scoring frequently. They’re still rocky defensively though and I don’t think Pickford is the best English ‘keeper at the moment. If Henderson keeps playing the way he is, then Pickford might struggle to be the No. 1 in the Euro’s. Given their defensive woes I think we’ll scrape it but it’ll be tough, 2-1 to us.

Can see this being a draw as well, 1-1 seems a good shout. I’ll wait to see if Martial is fit before making my final prediction though.

Bloody Everton, the 4-4 draw still rankles me, the 4-0 last season was embarrassing, and we caught their new manager bounce before Christmas. I feel that if there’s any team that we owe a beating to then it’s them, they always seem to outperform themselves against us, it would be a delight if we could win convincingly against them.

Looking forward to what will be a very difficult test. I reckon we’ll revert to 5 at the back again:
    DdG
    AWB, Bailly, Maguire, Shaw, Williams
    McTominay, Fred
    Fernandes
    Ighalo, James (Martial if fit)

    Predicting 1-2 win for United

Well, a win on Sunday and we’re 6 points behind a very out of form Leicester. Makes for an interesting end to the season.

Leicester ruined all my bets tonight. Useless cunts. Wouldn’t be surprised if they let slip 3rd place

Homerjay – I was looking at that thinking Norwich would get something all week. We play Leicester on the last day of the season and I just have a sneaky suspicion (these are normally wrong!) that we could go into that game knowing a win lifts us above them into 3rd.

Imagine what would happen to the naysayers then! 😂

@happy – Have you seen our next few fixtures in comparison to Leicester’s mate? Come back in 4 PL games time and let us know how your “sneaky suspicion” is doing then!😂😂

We’re probably going to need 9 points from the next 4 games to have any chance of getting top 4. We just cant drop points anymore. I actually think if we dont make top 4 it could properly fuck any big summer transfer plans the club has. Tomorrow is a must win.

After the next 4 matches we’ve got a pretty easy run-in, a half decent set of results from these next 4 matches and we’ll be in a very good position for a strong finish. Look at Leicester’s run-in, they’re out of form and are currently in a run of 4 ‘easy’ matches of which they’ve lost the first one. Chelsea have a pretty easy run from now until the end of the season, Spurs are in trouble, not an easy run, without a recognised striker and Mourinho is getting ready to throw everyone under the bus. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see ourselves and Chelsea in the top 4 at the end of the season.

I’m not overly afraid of facing City and Spurs right now:

    – Spurs have injuries to their main players and aren’t exactly pulling up trees.
    – City are still a better team than us but I think Ole would’ve learned from the humbling in the League Cup and, with Laporte out injured, they won’t be solid at the back.

It’s a difficult run in. Almost every game is a potential banana skin. The bottom teams will be fighting for their lives soon and start picking up wins against bigger teams.
That said apart from the City game, every game is definitely winnable. Bruno Fernandes will be very important as will avoiding injuries in geneal.
I’m confident well be playing Champions League football next season

I think we have a better chance than Chelsea. They can implode and i dont think they have an easy run in when facing teams who needs points to stay up.
Also,i think Chelsea are on the down while we are on the up.
