The key event in the coming weeks – which could positively shape the future of the club – will be if/when Ralf sits down with ETH and gives him the low down on all he knows, all he has seen at the club and all he envisages.
If there is a metting of minds, that would be wonderful.
If ETH is sucked in by the tissue of lies spun by Joel Glazer et al, the status quo will remain.

While Moyes, LVG, JM, Ole et al were all contractually bound to keep schtum on what was happening in the background and had to tow the party line, it has been refreshing listening to Ralf telling it as it is and highlighting how abject and negligent the recruitment amd contract management has been.

So Jm, he’s released a book that someone else wrote and someone drew the pictures…so what did Rashford actually do then to make his first childrens book?!

Exactly! I’d be surprised if he could write his own name. Still, more money in his bank account that he didn’t do anything to earn. So much reward for so little talent.

People in general with very little talent making lots of money pisses me off happy, yes, as it should any normal person. But particularly average footballers who spend more time getting people to write books for then and appearing in cringeworthy tv ads.

By the way, disgusting reports about Maguire and suspected bomb threat. Fucking disgraceful. In fact, I’m getting a little bit pissed off about the fact he seems to have been singled out as the one to blame for the shambles the clubs in. Yep, bad buy. Yep, not a very good player. But let’s spread the shit around a bit eh? Not his fault we paid ten times what he was worth for him.

This what annoys me jm too, I cant say I’m to worried about utd and its fans when you’re losing but it’s the lack of effort that’s got me flipping out. No fan deserves to be paying what they do to watch these players amd to see them amble about, its not only taking the piss out of utd fans, but every fan!
These players are so, so lucky to get to play for our clubs and get rewarded very hansomly for it…so what right have they to shit on the fans, its inexcusable.
G.Nev was waffling on about the Glazers and the poor running of the club, but that poor running doesn’t stop players making an effort. The lad with ‘sideshow bob’ hair showed grit and determination that is lacking in the team. I’d love to see RR drop the lot of them and give the young lads some time to show this grit and determination that’s clearly in the lower ranks…not in the millionaires

Jamie Redknapp just said he’s seen no improvement in Rashford since he was 19.

Totally agree about Maguire @JM. Have to say though that i’m not surprised one bit when you look at how fucking thick people are these days. You’d think he’d done a slippy G and caused us a league title or something. The fact is that he is a small part of a massive problem. We were going nowhere before he arrived and we’ll still be going nowhere after he goes unless there are wholesale changes from top to bottom of the club.

The same people who are now claiming Ten Hag as a saviour and saying he needs time will be calling for his head if we are mid table second half of next season. Modern football fans are the ficklest bunch of moaning cunts around. Full of contradictions and can’t see when the media is doing a number on them.

At this point the best thing that could happen would be to miss out on Europe altogether. Give ETH more time to work on tactics and fitness.

Can any of the players play the new managers way? Can they press and work hard?

JM – yeah I agree mate. he’s bloody useless but for me it deflects from all the other dross. for me it’s keep DDG (I don’t give a shit about his distribution) and bin the lot of them.

if we can’t sell them, then demote them all to the reserves. if any of them look like a decent player give them a game in the first team. if they don’t impress, and I mean impress, it’s back to the reserves for them.

he’s apparently got 200M in the kitty. lets say we can generate another 100M from a fire sale (wishful thinking, I know) then that’s 300M to spent. I’d go for no one who costs more than 30M. and absolutely no one over the age of 28. and under no circumstances someone who is one for the future.

this lad from Ajax has a style and he knows what type of player he wants. there will be loads of them out there that fit that bill of young, hungry, full of energy, and will press like fuck. the rest of the team I’d fill up with whoever looks serviceable from the youth team. that’s will embarrass the current first team and some of them might actually become players we could use. I haven’t given up on Sancho. for me he’s come into an absolute shit show. I think he just needs the right manager, the right coaches, the right players to play with.

N1xer – I’d happily watch united not qualify for the champions league for the next three years if we started playing exciting, attractive, energetic, intelligent football. if I’m seeing progress year on year I couldn’t give a shit about top 4. I’m thinking medium and long term.

and I’m glad RR has been speaking out. apparently united were angry he had done so. well, fuck everyone at united. they don’t give a shit about our club.

Yes bob, shake the tree real good and refresh the squad with young hungry players.
If any manager who is good at nurturing young players its ETH.
And yes,Sancho will come good with better movement around him. He is a clever player.
Cant say the same about Rashford though. His style of play looking at the ball and sprint with it without looking for teammates does not come good for ETH philosophy.
And playing with Maguire with a high backline and fullbacks pushing up as midfielders is a complete suicide to ETH philosophy. How many times have you seen Maguire been overplayed at halfline? Many times and if its a glitch in ETH tactics its losing possession with a high backline. You got to have speedy centerbacks with this tactic.

Zico mate you’re absolutely right. rashford was good, but not at all the finished article, in his first year. to be honest I thought his stats following that year were overblown. the easy chances missed, the continuous loss of possession, the inability to play in tight spaces, the lack of movement or picking out the brave pass – all told me he wasn’t good enough. but the last 2 years, my word. what a terrible player. same goes for martial, lingard. I could go on. like I say, and I’m not exaggerating, I wouldn’t have any of them in the team bar DDG. For me this isn’t about getting 4th with 3 or 4 new players. this is about sending a message: to be a united player, you have to be willing to bleed for this club. and none of our players have that.

    #2086083

The most exciting team about next season will simply be the summer transfer window – that will determine our entire season. If ETH is given license to make the changes he wants to and buy/sell as he pleases then we might have a chance of a decent season… But if he gets the same treatment as previous managers (I.e. Forced to follow the insanely poor Woodward model of giving contracts to unworthy players, not selling the likes of Maguire, etc who don’t fit the football side but would cost the club to get rid of etc) then expect the same shower of shit as we’ve always gotten.

It is understood that Rangnick’s comments after the defeat against Liverpool that #MUFC could bring in up to 10 new players in the summer transfer window were not well received by the club’s hierarchy.

    What a surprise 😂😂😂

Hah, i just hope we shift as many players as possible. We could easily sell/ release 11, sign 4 and be much stronger next season
