Founded in 1894 and winning League titles since 1937 Sept 1st 2008 changed the face of English football forever.

No it was July 1, 2003 that has changed the face of English football forever. The day a secretive Russian businessman named Roman Abramovich took control of Chelsea and, in the words of former Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein, “parked his tanks on our lawn and started firing £50 notes”.

Nope wrong again – it was 20 February 1992 when the Premier League was founded and BskyB got involved. Everything that followed was inevitable.

Have to agree with NOLU, selling out to Murdoch changed it from a sport to a business.

Spot on NOLU, that’s when the game in this country changed forever and Utd were able to use their money to rise to the top. Then Roman turned Chelsea into a force and soon Man City became the big boys and the Salford Rags have been crying like little girls ever since.

Does anyone care how much their club invests? For example people’s eyes are on City and Chelsea who has had a substantial investemnt. But United has been throwing the cash for fun since Ferguson has retired on 5 years alone. At this rate they will invest £2bn by 2023 when it will ve Feguson’s tenth annivesary since he left. On the other hand some clubs Like Liverpool are making impressive investment and are getting 10/10 right. And i think that is where the title is won or lost.

Regardles of how much you throw to show your might. If those players do not fit in the system, that doesn’t count. No matter when they were founded, today City has one of the best squads in Europe, arguably the best manager in the game. Are the current champions.

As for Chelsea 15 trophies in 15 years is very impressive and one has to just enjoy that. Its an investmemt worthwhile.

This season, its those who got right in the transfer market vs those who got it wrong. And those who got it right looks to set the early pace. TMA is hurting that Liverpool is at the top of the league when his predictions earlier was that they will miss top 4😊.

Hahahahahahahahaha brilliant tommy!!! There’s no doubt when it comes to predictions the martialtard is the worst, clueless knob on the planet. Love the way he takes defeat so well……..NOT! The thing is the likes of martialtard only became Utd fans when they won the lottery and the rules were changed to suit them. I honestly piss myself when I hear Utd fans ridiculing Chelsea and City with “Russian blood money” and “Arab slavers” when in the early days of the Premier League Utd ruled with impunity and arrogance typified by their manager who bullied refereees and had the FA shitting their pants. Is it a coincidence they have won next to fuck all domestically since Taggart left? No chance. Plain fact is Moyes, Van Gaal and Mourinho don’t have the flat track bully gene that Fergie used to such great effect. Refs no longer fear coming to OT and at last there is a level playing field in terms of match officials. That’s the real reason successive managers have drowned in OT.

Lolololol. Liverpool were relevant 30 years ago. A few years ago Liverpool fans were stood outside Anfield screaming “now you better believe us, now you better believe ussss! We’re going to win the league”. They won absolutely nothing. Last May, Liverpool fans have been ranting and raving on here posting “6 times” and how their season has been an unbelievable success. Not exactly thrilled that Madrid won but utterly elated that Liverpool lost, and Madrid could’ve still won even if Salah didn’t decide to leave with Karius in goal. Imagine being the Liverpool fans who’s flight got cancelled so drove for 28 hours to Poland to get a bus to Ukraine, to watch karius do that…. then realise u have get home.

Just a quick question? Has 6Klopp ever won a European Trophy?????

Imagine being a laughing stock on your own club’s fan page after being caught out using fake accounts, not once but twice. Complete and total spanner.

Shanksy – Always have to laugh at that sad little prick, laughed at on the main page, derided on his own fans page, think of what he must be like in real life, sat upstairs in his bedroom, with his mum bringing the odd cup of coffee, with the internet as his only friend, and even that is laughing at him. Just too funny 🙂

Fergie was building before 1992, without Sky United still would have dominated the 90s. They just needed the youngsters to break through.
