Odds on we won’t see you Thursday though Syd if Bayern beat Arsenal. You are renowned for going missing after an Arsenal defeat!

Syd that is patently rubbish and a total cop out. Sure if you had won everything and were consistently winning trophies every year like Chelsea have done recently and before that United then you could say you are not too dissapointed to be knocked out of the league cup early. But when you have won so little recently like Arsenal any true fan would be really hurting at such a poor display and result. We were knocked out of both cups last season too early imo and I was gutted at the results and the teams performance. Saying it doesn’t matter is total bullshit, I bet if you asked the several thousand real arsenal fans who actually went to Sheffield they might say something different. Rather than you and your rather skued internet take on things.

Arsenal fc you keep talking about Chelsea fans disappearing?! The number of Chelsea posters has not visably dropped. The number of posts and number of individual posters is comparable to any other group of fans on here since yesterday’s game.

nine, was away for a few days, it’s not like an obligation for me to post in here on a daily basis, but before you question me, I must admit I’ll be gutted to see us getting knocked out of the Champions League, even at our current form I will be more than satisfied with a point at the Allianz Arena and yes I would take the Europa League seriously.

I was discouraged by Arsene’s decision to play Chamberlain and Walcott in the League Cup and their injury will make it difficult for us. What’s worrying though, is the quality of our backup players and so we need to work out a solution for that.

I’ll have my fingers crossed for Arsenal. As a Liverpool fan, it really is in our own selfish interests that the English clubs don’t drop the ball in Europe this season. yes that includes Liverpool too but the CL is where most of the points will be made/lost.

All that aside though, I’d like to see Wenger win the CL.

nine, Makavelli, we have the same perception on that at least, we expect every English teams to do well in the Champions League, as much rivalry as we’ve got towards each other, I’d rather be gutted to see any of them winning the competition rather than having teams from other countries winning it.
