This cunt is going to run down his contract the way thin gs are going.Just get rid.
January 3, 2020 at 3:47 pm #1813129How many good players will slip through our hands in this window? It will ending up in a panicbuy with a hefty fee for a player not worth it.If it took all summer to get on board Maguire for a world record fee for a defender,,,well, says it all.
January 3, 2020 at 3:48 pm #1813130West Ham are in talks with Benfica over the signing of midfielder Gedson Fernandes, Sky Sports News understands.

January 3, 2020 at 3:50 pm #1813131January 3, 2020 at 4:01 pm #1813132I’m willing to persist with Ole. Is it his fault we have a midfield of McTominay, Fred, Matic, Lingard, Mata and Periera? I’m sure he wanted to sign midfielders, but its not his job to get the signings over the line.
January 3, 2020 at 4:02 pm #1813133We’re being linked with Grealish and Maddison. I’d be happy with either or both of these players.
What happened to the Bruno Fernandes rumours?
January 3, 2020 at 4:28 pm #1813138Simple answer,yes its his fault.
January 3, 2020 at 4:38 pm #1813140Manthistle, if OGS believes that these midfield players are good enough, then he will be sacked, and deservedly so.
If he believes they are not good enough (like 99% of people on this forum) he needs to stop the nice guy act and start demanding signings, otherwise he will be sacked, and deservedly so.
The continued trust in and reliance on these players, will see a continuation of the 1 step forward and 1 step backward, dance with mediocrity.
Its truly fucking shocking that a club of this stature is so reliant on CONSISTENTLY UTTERLY USELESS PRICKS like Lingard, Perreira, Matic, Mata every game.
January 3, 2020 at 5:08 pm #1813149We cant blame Ole if there are no major signing in January, simply cos big players rarely move midseason.Read somewhere that Matic & Rojo have been told they can leave, that would be great, with Young,Mata,Bailly and Pogba to go in the summer. As for making signings,it could very well be the case that players with ambitions of winning trophies dont see us as a force we used to be,which lets face-its very much a fact.
January 3, 2020 at 5:12 pm #1813150killy-Keep reading that P.Alcacer too is up for grabs, which one of Gabigol or Alcacer would suit us more do you believe?
January 3, 2020 at 5:34 pm #1813151We can blame him for buying Maguire, Dan James and Wan-Bissaka though redblood.
January 3, 2020 at 5:54 pm #1813152jm1502-If indeed they were his decisions, yes we can and should.Especially wasting £80m on Maguire is fooking crazy & criminal.
January 3, 2020 at 6:24 pm #1813153Rabiot? Havent seen him play lately but i think he is a better cmf than we have.
January 3, 2020 at 7:03 pm #1813154He’s a talent Zico but there must be a problem with him. Wanted out of PSG and can’t get a game at Juve as far as I can see. Him and Can wouldn’t break the bank though, are the right age, have lots of experience, and would walk into our midfield
January 3, 2020 at 8:16 pm #1813168Without Pogba and McTominay we are left with Matic, Fred, Pereira (who isn’t a CM anyway) and Garner (needs a season out on loan). If that doesn’t kick the Glazers into spending the cash then nothing will.
Haven’t watched Gedson Fernandes play so can’t comment on him but surely for DM/CM we need somebody more experienced?
I’d be happy if we offered Juve something like 3 to 5 million to loan Can for 6 months. Maybe agree a future price in case he turns out to be a success.
Going forward we need two top top midfielders, I’m just not confident it’s possible to sign them in Jan windowJanuary 3, 2020 at 8:30 pm #1813175A list of players I’m happy for United NOT to sign:
https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/mino-raiola/beraterfirma/berater/282Strangely transfermarkt don’t list Raiola as agent for Haaland so it’s possible this list is just the tip of the iceberg
January 3, 2020 at 8:34 pm #1813177Im sorry Redblood, part of being a top manager is CONVINCING the CEO when to part with cash and CONVINCING would-be players when to join a club/project.
So I disagree with you entirely.
We have had this bollocks for years about the January window because it suits the Glazer/CEO narrative only fot fans to end up in the boulevard of broken dreams in the summer window.
OGS is a fucking soft touch, letting the players, the coaches, the CEO and the owners off the hook as he simply cant believe his luck at being the manager and doesnt want to rock the boat.
Someone needs to tell the dozy fucker that the boat is sinking….
January 4, 2020 at 8:16 am #1813223Rvp was spot on after arsenal match, ole smiling with during the interview it was like the loss didn’t mean anything. He is too much of a soft touch, his not ready for the massive rebuilding job that is needed.
January 4, 2020 at 8:31 am #1813229Didn’t we sign Sanchez in January? How did that work out? I think Ole is only after players he’s scouted rather than players who are available. I’d prefer he gets the targets he wants rather than some January mercenaries.
January 4, 2020 at 9:38 am #1813251@happy – That’s the big problem for me mate, his piss poor judgement. How much was Maguire scouted by Ole?, and if he is a prime example of what one of his preferred targets looks like then I wouldn’t be giving the guy another single penny to throw away on really shite players like that, simple as that.
