Kopite, I’ve deleted your last post there’s no more of any of whats gone on here previously or on the Liverpool site being dug over on here.
If you’ve got a problem with any posts on the Liverpool site you need to raise it with the Editor via e mail as per the rules of the forum not bring it on here.
No more posts on all this on here please. Last request!
April 15, 2019 at 4:45 pm #1742841This season Chelsea have this tendency to come out after HT asleep, conceding quick goals. I’m not sure what Sarri does at HT I presume he goes for a smoke and doesn’t actually have a teamtalk?!
We should have made it at least 2-1 by the end of the game but being clinical isn’t in this teams DNA. I thought the Michael Oliver was a little biased yesterday but apart from that Liverpool were mostly the better team and certainly showed more effort and determination for 90 minutes.
Anyway I predicted 6th a place finish before the season had kicked off. We finished 5th under Conte and went into the new season under prepared without bringing any players to improve the squad that finished 5th.
The last 2 summers have been a complete balls up’s which have put club in decline.
The squad is 2-3 years off the pace now and it’s going to take that amount of time to get back to the top but this will require our club to make the correct decisive decisions from here on in further balls ups will put our club in further decline.April 15, 2019 at 4:49 pm #1742843999.
Nice talking to you.AshCFC.
Well what a surprise this was brought, do you mean the ghost goal, that if we weren’t given it, we would have had a penalty & possibly Cech would have been sent off ??
This chestnut will always be brought up by Chelsea fans.Aindro.
So LFC spent too, 75 m on VVD etc.,
Have you ever looked at net spends by the top clubs over the last 5 years? most probably not, so here is the list for you.
Man City £505 mil, Man U £ 495 m, Chelsea £300 mil, Arsenal £221 mil, LFC £159 mil,
forget Spurs they spent about £10.April 15, 2019 at 5:03 pm #1742844Ditto liverlad.😊
April 15, 2019 at 8:52 pm #1742888I really dont see Liverpool as worthy champions. Way too many draws, which demonstrates very clearly a lack of desire. City have won more, and play much better football.
April 15, 2019 at 9:01 pm #1742891Ashcfc maybe Liverpool have drawn too many games vs Mancity but have you compared the defeats, in case you havent Liverpool have lost one whole season Mancity have lost four!
April 15, 2019 at 9:02 pm #1742892I see liverlad is another Scouser who bemoans all the money we and City have spent to win titles but forgets they were spending big time in their hey day when we were all putting a quid into buckets for the “save the Bridge fund”.
Still if they do win the league it obviously won’t count as they have been spending again!April 15, 2019 at 9:37 pm #1742898Tomk, exactly. They’ve lost one game all season because (imho) they’ve too often been too scared to risk going for the win – hence so many draws.
April 16, 2019 at 9:13 am #1742970Anyone who finishes top of the PL after 38 games deserves to be Champions imo.
If Mahrez hadn’t blazed his late penalty over the stand at Anfield the table would look a bit different now but if Liverpool eventually win the title they will be deserved Champions imo.
April 16, 2019 at 11:10 am #1743009I know we are not allowed to upset our Liverpool friends or say anything derogatory about their club but did anyone else see the story about the red flare being thrown into the Chelsea end after their first goal…?
Young boy of 9 was traumatised/injured and required treatment which means the local police have to investigate the incident. Been kept very quiet though…? KTBFFH
April 16, 2019 at 11:18 am #17430171905… Juventus fans still dont like Liverpool.. BBC calls it footballs forgotten disaster…
https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-merseyside-32898612
Anyhow, I’ll refrain from posting Boris Johnstons comments on Liverpudlians… Dont like the club, never have…
The club summed up by Robbie Fowlers snorting antics for me as the club fell from grace. Really hope they dont win the league this year although I like Klopp and his tast for Metal music. Hes a redeeming feature of their dugout.
April 16, 2019 at 11:30 am #1743023“Young boy of 9 was traumatised/injured and required treatment ” I can only imagine the furore 1905 had a Chelsea fan thrown that flare into the Liverpool supporters.
April 16, 2019 at 11:37 am #1743027Let’s not get into Heysel and what Boris Johnson said it’s unhelpful and I haven’t got the time to monitor the site and delete the reactions.
It was a game of football we lost Liverpool won time to leave it there now and move on.
April 16, 2019 at 11:49 am #1743033Kopite, you’ve made a thorough nuisance of yourself on this site over the last couple of days and I’ve had to delete numerous posts from you should you continue as Chelsea site Moderstor I will have no hesitation in e mailing James Marshment and request you are banned from Teamtalk altogether..
April 16, 2019 at 12:13 pm #1743044Games over as you said. Maybe it is time to close this thread and sever all ties with any issues related to it and the fallout around here.
April 16, 2019 at 2:44 pm #174308867,I don’t like closing threads but you make a good point and it’s probably for the best now. Cheers 999
