Hard to see anything other than a facile Pool victory.

While historically we could muster up the stomach and desire against big teams on a one off basis even when we were distinctly average, I feel that is beyond this hapless lot who are so bereft of character, moral fibre and intestinal fortitude.

Where is their fucking pride I ask?

@moral – it’s all in their over-inflated salaries mate; that’s all they care about. That and their social media presence.

Mejbri showed more heart in that 5 minute cameo at Anfield when we were 4-0 down than most of the first teamers showed all season. That is why I will keep advocating for the first teamers to be dropped and give youth a chance tonight.

    Maguire to be dropped too?

Looking forward to seeing Varane and Martinez play together

Can’t believe I’m saying this but I’d start AWB at RB

Going for the pace of Elanga up top
    DdG
    Dalot, Varane, Martinez, Malacia
    McT, Eriksen
    Sancho, Bruno, Rashford
    Elanga

Garnacho, Martial and Ronaldo all on the bench

Or maybe Elanga RW to help Dalot vs Robertson and Diaz

Liverpool will probably win but we have a chance if we start the game we’ll and take it to them

The line up will mean absolutely nothing if there is no winning hunger, desire, guts, balls and willingness to bleed for the badge. This is absolutely the line in the sand for some players….

Fuck me, Elanga and McTominay? And Rashford up front? This guy’s career could be in the balance tonight with this team selection.

Fuck me homer, why in God’s name would you be looking forward to a CB pairing of Varane and Martinez?

Liverpool might have a counter protest because Maguire has been dropped.

Rashford up the middle I’d say, Sancho on the left and Elanga on the right. Concerned about Eriksen playing deep again but back line looks morr positive, at least Shaw is dropped, and Maguire. Want to see Garnacho get time

In games like this its all about attitude.
We are quick up front and Shaw and Maguire is not playing and its a bonus.

this is a no win situation.

if we loose we are bottom of the table

if we win you can kiss any new signings goodbye

    #2125650

How Elanga is a professional footballer I do not know.
