Mistakes to avoid when a new manager is appointed?

    There have been so fuck-ups post-Fergie. Once a manager is in, what do we need to avoid? Below is my list.

    1.Contract extensions to players who you know aren’t up to it.
    2.Giving ultra-high salaries. This makes it difficult to move on the shite.
    3.Overpaying, am sure this explains itself.
    4.Throwing money at the problem. Over a billion since post-Fergie.
    5.Unrealistic one, but Fergie needs to be removed from his role.
    6.Another unrealistic one, don’t give the class of 92 or any ex players NY FUCKING ROLES within the club.

    Are the Glazers/Ed making calls on purchases or contracts?
    No doubting Ole and his crew had the coaching nous more suitable for a championship reserve outfit but several arrivals and contract retentions bare all the hallmarks of decisions made by non-football people.
