Ye songman but these records mean absolutely nothing unless we win the pl and klopp has already said that
I’m sure the players Are the same mate
It’s all about utd now. Full week to prepare and get some players backJanuary 13, 2020 at 5:50 pm #1816175
I think it’s fine for us to talk about records but the players have got to keep the one game at a time mentality going. Everything Klopp is saying is perfect. He’s focused on the task and we can dream.
I’m absolutely sick to my back teeth of poor Utd teams doing well against us. I like the stuffed crust analogy and want to board that train. Let’s bring them to Anfield and remind them of how champions play.
3 MORE POINTS!January 13, 2020 at 5:58 pm #1816176
I agree!!January 20, 2020 at 5:04 pm #1818108
10 more league wins and that’s it officially wrapped up.
Unless of course City drop more points.January 21, 2020 at 6:49 am #1818230
Its in the bag lads.. from now until May is a title procession.January 21, 2020 at 7:43 am #1818241
If we can just get through the Wolves match we have :
West Ham (A)
West Ham (H)
I’d hope for maximum points from this block.
Citys games during this time, approx :
West Ham (H)
Man Utd (A)
I tell you what, I prefer our block to theirs.February 2, 2020 at 9:22 pm #1823637
22 fucking points clear at the top of the table.
It’s Feb 2nd!!!!
Anyone disrespecting this team needs to have a long hard look at themselves!February 2, 2020 at 9:34 pm #1823639
Who’s disrespecting this team?February 2, 2020 at 9:40 pm #1823641

Agree Ginger but I’ve got a Spurs supporting neighbour who still keeps saying to me “you’re lucky” whereas my Spurs supporting missus said today “I’m glad we beat City as that makes it better for you”, I’m a “glass half full” person so can’t see us losing it now but I’ve learnt over the years to not count chickens.February 3, 2020 at 5:04 am #1823651
I hope we have this wrapped up by the time we play at the Etihad. The likes of Jones, Williams and Elliot need to start breaking through now if the FA are going to screw English football with draconian foreign player restrictions. We can take advantage of the transition to a weaker PL if average British players are forced onto the weaker sides and maintain our period of dominance. Expecting the English sides to suffer in the CL though as a result.February 3, 2020 at 6:13 am #1823653
I supported klopps decision to play just the kids in the fa cup replay.. but now that City lost last night and we’re getting closer to that title, maybe its not a bad idea to play
the fringe players like Origi, matip, lovren, shaq if hes fit, keita, mimamino, lallana, adrian plus the kids.
I mean theyre not getting much gametime in the league anyway so might as well play them. Its not like they need rest.February 3, 2020 at 7:30 am #1823666
Time to ficus on winning rhe CL now, and trying to remain unbeaten in the league.
As a consequence of this, I can see the squad players being used more and more in the league, and rightly so, as rhey need playing time, while keeping our first eleven as fresh as possibleFebruary 3, 2020 at 7:56 am #1823673

The hate out there is very real lads and it’s hilarious.
Wasn’t fussed about going unbeaten but would love to now to shut a few people up
We have 100 points out of 102. That’s absolutely phenomenal.
It’s killing people what’s happening and I just love it. Our time has come and we have taken so much stick over the years so I’m
Really enjoying every step of the wayFebruary 3, 2020 at 8:06 am #1823680
Klopp does not classify players as fringe players he has done a great job of making everyone feel important in the squad. So if the team is having a break it will be the whole team.February 3, 2020 at 8:20 am #1823685
Razor, mathematically I believe it now stands that we’ll win the title at home to Palace.
City may drop more points tho.February 3, 2020 at 8:33 am #1823690
A season like this may not come again in a long time, especially since the other top teams will strengthen considerably in the summer, and do everything to stop us next season.
We must thus aim to win the CL and remain unbeaten in the league. These are the remaining targets for this season, now that the league has been wonFebruary 3, 2020 at 5:18 pm #1823869
Next block of game’s includes our CL knock out run.
Now that the league is all but wrapped up I wouldn’t be surprised to see the likes of Hendo, Gini, Firmino etc etc being rested more for league games to allow them to be fully rested for our CL run.
This also allows Klopp to give mins to Kieta, Minamino etc etc therefore keeping everyone happy and match fit.
