    Well I had a look down the page and haven’t seen a topic similar to this one so I thought I would create one to get everybody’s verdict on who should go before next season. Which players should we sign? Which positions mostly need strengthening?

    Caballero
    Demichelis
    Mangala
    Kolorov
    Fernando
    Navas
    Bony

    In –

    Gundogan
    Denayer
    Marc-Andre ter Stegen
    Isco and James Rodriguez

    Players I would like to see from our youth –
    Roberts (another season left at Celtic)
    Celina
    Manu Garcia
    Iheanacho
    Brahim Diaz

    I assume Pep will bring in a couple of midfielders, a better centre forward than Bony, a better winger than Navas, and a full back. Won’t be able to do much more financially. Some of the media/fans have us ejecting about ten and replacing them, but we’d be kicked out of Europe due to FFP etc. So maybe something like Pogba, Gundogan, Cavani/Martinez, Isco/Mirales, Cresswell/Rose/Bertrand? (Need some home grown)Potentially a freebie keeper like Valdes? Youngsters to break through: Iheanacho, Denayer, Garcia/Byrne?
    Then the next summer he’ll do more to reduce the age profile of our full backs.

    Like most others, I think we need to recruit a gk, two defenders, one midfield, one up front AND start bringing in youth. Wouldn’t like to put names against them because it’s not what happens, but your wish list looks interesting.

    Yaya ( no chance with Pep )
    Bony

    In;
    New goalie (Ter Stegen ?)
    Laporte
    M Bartra
    Renato Sanchez or Pogba
    Gundogan
    New striker (Lewandowski ?)

    And, of course, some EDS players (M Garcia, Faupala ) and Denayer.

    Think thats quality brought in to the team, and also players who could do what Pep demands…..

    There was a thread about this the other week, I think I caused quite a stir when I put my list up so ill do it again because nothing has changed and we simply HAVE to do an overhaul. I also do not believe FFP has a chance of stopping some clubs this pre season, who believes in anything that FIFA or EUFA have done??? No one, challenge them in the court and they would fall.

    I know this is a big list BUT I cant see any of this lot having a chance of being part of the new squad. I have a lot of respect for some of these guys, Yaya and Zabba but the rest really havent done enough to be part of Peps new world, no chance. Yes thats a big turn around but its very much required.
