I think he’s the first person with the balls to say that Rashford actually does have his head up his arse. He’ll very quickly find out what it’s like to have no income again if he keeps up the way he’s going. It’s a shame, I don’t think he’ll ever break United’s record even if he does rediscover his form but he’d have been a good squad player to have. Coming off the bench with his pace and take on tired defenders. There was potential there to be a very good player but I think it’s slipped away by now, he’s just going to be a good player, if even.
He’s a ponce at times but it’s a combination of the best drivers getting in the better cars. Just like the best footballers play for the best sides. When Lewis won his first title in 2008 in the McLaren, the Ferrari who were his challengers actually had a all round better car. In 2018 vs in his battle vs Vettel, The Ferrari was quicker for around 70% of the season but Lewis still came out on top. When RB won 4 on the bounce Alonso twice took the fight to the Rb’s and on 2 occasions took it to the last race of the season. He did this despite having a slower Ferrari than the RB’s, car is important but so is the driver.
