Still hanging on to my commitment to give the team full support till October. Attended the Palace game where the best team won but the game was mediocre. Couldn’t make Everton or Boro due to holiday but watched the Boro game on a live stream, both teams cancelled themselves out and it’s 2 hours I wasted from my holiday. Next up is Bournemouth, on paper it should be a good game and I am hoping (against hope) that TP will put Rondon up front with Morrison just behind and Chadli left, Phillips right Fletcher in the middle with Yacob protecting the defence (Dawson, McCauley, Evans, Gallagher). Anyway, lets see what Saturday brings. Slightly concerned about the crowd, from all perspectives we seem to be agitated and on the teams back the moment anything goes wrong plus, it looks like we are not going to fill our allocation at Bournemouth (unfortunately I can’t go) but this is prime away game on the coast in early Autumn. Are the supporters getting lethargic and lackadaisical or is this TP’s legacy? COYB.

According to the official site the trip to Bournemouth is sold out. It’s the home games where there are gaps in the seating. Unless there are improvements from the Boro game I can’t see it getting any better. Also it seems that some parts of the club want out. Our youth talent spotter has gone to ManUre, Mozza wants to go to Celtic and Spoilt Brat is threatening to sign a pre-contract with a European club in January. If he does we’ll get nowt! Rats leaving a sinking ship springs to mind!

Northwich…the title is ‘Positivity’, so along you come and pour your Scrooge-like cold water on ‘The Duke’ who must be saluted for keeping the faith.

I was appalled at the poor play in the Boro game. But I vividly remember the shocking display put up by England against Iceland, too. These things happen when opposing managers’ tactics end up cancelling out flowing play. So give our new squad 5 games and I’ll willingly entertain your assessment at that time.

When I see something positive I will applaud it but I won’t be holding my breath!

Cancelling out flowing play, quite the funniest thing I’ve read all year, cheers.

I was going to say something similar. Was it Boro who tried flowing play cos it couldn’t have been the Baggies – not with a defensive line up, one up top and forty percent possession. Boro must think this Premiership stuff is a doddle. They’ll have a rude awakening when they play the other eighteen sides.
