I have had mixed feelings about Sarri all season but have to admit and accept that for his first full season in England it has to be considered a successful one. To win a European trophy, to finish 3rd in the league and achieve CL football and to reach a domestic final where we should have won has to be considered a decent season by anyone’s standards

No idea what is going to happen, especially when you see Buck speaking to the Juve owner, but if Sarri were to stay then I think that would be fair and that he deserves a second season. Any team losing a player the calibre of Eden makes it hard on the manager plus we still do not know if we are going to be able to enter the transfer market so equally if Sarri said he wanted to move on, I could understand that

Not looking to second guess what is going to happen but would like to see some clarification as soon as possible and reading that potentially Real expect to make an announcement regarding Eden on Monday so logically decisions regarding Sarri and the ban should follow quite quickly. KTBFFH

Sounds like Sarri is going to Juve according to Sky and their contacts in Italy. Reporting a meeting today between Sarri’s agent and Marina.

If that is the case, and supports the meeting held yesterday with Juve representatives and Buck, you have to assume (hope) that the board have a plan in place and will look to get the whole merry go round resolved quickly. KTBFFH

After our victory yesterday, despite our painful experience to watch Chelsea in some matches, I think Sarri deserves to lead us next season. I am a big fan of Lampard. And I still think he is our future manager. But I think it’s better for him to stick with Derby 1 more year or even better to lead another Premiership team to gain experience.

Sarri gave us CL football and we gave Sarri his first trophy after we were just very close in Carabao. Look at his joy yesterday, I think it’s genuine. He loves Chelsea FC and he wants to be with us.

Honestly anyone in Sarri’s shoes would have considred their future now. after the constant unneccessary pressure he was under. the humuliation he has suffered this season is unbearable. and he hears every week that next week he will be sacked, he hears ‘fuck Sarri ball’ his own players disobey him, he hears the club is negotiating with Coach X and Y, and then a club like Juventus comes for him to take him back home, and guarantee him trophies, pay increase, prestidge and the respect he deserves. you can’t blame him if he decides he has had enough of this humuliation. personally i’m grateful for what he has given us and where we were at the time of his arrival.

Chelsea man, let’s leave this alone now Sarri made mistakes and we lost 6 nil to City and 4 nil to Bournemouth with all 4 goals coming in the 2nd half that’s not what a team of Chelsea’s stature does.

Sarri has been stubborn refused to change his tactics and refused to play Hudson Odoi and Loftus Cheek until the 12th hour along the way the football was turgid. He also completely isolated Cahill which Fabregas spoke out about last night.

Somehow and somewhat inexplicably things turned around and we finished in 3rd place and we won the Europa League.

Let’s enjoy the moment digging all of this over again is devisive and the majority on here think Sarri should be given next season after delivering 3rd place and the EL anyway.

It’s not our call what happens now is between him and the Club it needs to play out what will be will be.

Actually everyone refers to the 6-0 defeat as the turning point and I am certain I read that of our last 14 games Chelsea won 12 of them. Effectively a very good strart to the season, a very good end to the season and just a little mixed in the middle…?

Reading that Sarri’s reps should be talking to Marina today about his future so potentially we should hear the outcome in the coming days. Maybe to coincide with Reals reported press announcement on Monday regarding Eden…?

Big decision, and one of many, for the board in the coming days/weeks. KTBFFH

4 Big issues to be sorted.

    1) Sarri’s future.
    2) the transfer ban appeal
    3) Hazards move to Real
    4) Sporting Director appointment

The quicker there is clarity on all of the above the better for the Club.

For me the main issues are:
    1) Sarri’s future.
    2) Sarri’s future.
    3) Sarri’s future.
    4) Sarri’s future.

We really need to know who will be in charge of the team ASAP to have a good pre-season.

The transfer ban appeal: let’s just not do it if it hasn’t been submitted yet. The uncertainty will totally disrupt our pre-season. If it has been submitted, let’s just wait and see and for now assume the worst.

Sporting Director appointment I think it seems that it’s already done, we would just need to announce it.

Hazard move to Réal it’s not an issue anymore as the player has already stated his preference. There are only 2 possible outcome: A) the price is right, then he moves B) he stays as the price is not right
