Songman… I´m not sure whether its Brewster or Sheffield that have been terrible, I don´t think he has seen the goal this season with the service he is getting…
Its gonna be a interesting game, one we should take but I can see United being stubborn and defending very deep…
They are probably the only team that has suffered as much as we have with injuries, kinda serves Wilder right for refusing to allow the extra two subs…
Sheff Utd will be working and planning for the draw. Anything more is a massive bonus for them so we should fully expect them to employ some version of the 5-3-2.
So far this weekend other results have gone out way with Chelsea-Utd game still to come.
The imperative is on us to get the full 3 points.
This is a big week in our push for top 4.
Chelsea midweek where we should have Fabinho and Milner back with Jota that bit more fitter hopefully. Then next weekend we play Fulham while City v Utd, Hammers v Leeds and Everton v Chelsea. We need to get full points today. Speed, intensity, quick passing and finish the fucking move!
I’m not sure of the logic as to why the Blades would be ‘working and planning for the draw’. They are virtually down already, but any miraculous escape from here on in could only be based on the plan of getting 3 points from every game that they play in – and most certainly from a home fixture against a team that has lost 4 on the bounce. Or maybe the logic is that Wilder has totally thrown in the towel for this season but is working on showing his Board that he hasn’t lost the dressing room and his team can put in creditable performances. i.e. he’s hoping that the club may decide to do a ‘Sean Dyche’ and stick with him in the Championship as he will be well placed to bring them back to the PL.
Two centre halves, yay, but look at the bench. Weaker than a kitten. Also looks like 433….again. Let’s hope this game is 1 of those 4 or 5 when it does work.
