Based on the fact that many have predicted a draw and I have thus far, made too few predictions to put me on top of the prediction table – I’m going for a 3-1 win for us.
Considering their key defensive player is our goalkeeper and therefore cannot play, we should be able to score. I expect we will struggle to keep possession as usual, especially with our threadbare options in midfield but we should be able to defend fairly well against them.
I think every point we get at the moment is hard fought Redblood. But yeah agreed, Sheff Utd aren’t in the position they’re in by fluke. We’ll need to be at our best to get anything from the game. I was quite confident going into the Bournemouth game and that was shite. I’m less confident in this one so hopefully it has the opposite effect.
Going to go for a 1-1 draw as can’t see us keeping a clean sheet…
I’ve been struggling with this one for a while. Quite a lot of players were starting to pick up form before the international break, but McTominay was a big part of the resurgence and his leadership and steel will be missed here.
I think the players will be up for this though, we need to win here and against Villa or we will be in trouble with Spurs and City coming up next.
