This was an attacking game of football spoilt (for WBA fans anyway) by several contentious decisions by the ref. Firstly Evans was pulled off his feet by a Leicester player and how the ref missed it was a puzzle to me and the commentators alike. Secondly Mahrez was a yard offside for their second goal. Thirdly another penalty denied when Fletcher was flattened by Huth. Finally we get a penalty which was a bit iffy. The commentators claimed there was minimal contact but it seemed to me that Dyers knee was in McManamans side knocking him over. There was contact even if McM did go down easily. Assuming that the correct decisions were made and penalties dispatched it would have been 3-2 to us instead of the other way round.

Exactly how I saw it, but no doubt about the McManaman penalty. Ref was soft on Leicester all afternoon.
