Rooney Rashford MartialI think Martial is showing signs of getting back to last season’s form but he’s still a bit away. The front three here will interchange positions to make them harder to mark.
@killyboye I agree with you Jose will want us to get to a final or two this year. Especially as its going to be a real battle to get into the top 4. The only possible change I think could happen to your line-up, is Rojo at the back instead of Smalling.
Martial is a special talent, and hopefully by letting Memphis go he can focus on getting the best out of Martial, the way he can ghost pass players is a joy to watch, and has reminisces of a young Giggs. At 22 he can get better, and I would hate to see him grow into a better player somewhere else. I hope Kevin de bruyne plays on Jose’s mind with his decision making on Martial. A good run of form and him scoring goals would help sort the issue out I’m sure.
MMI u said the very same thing about Mikhi when he wasn’t playing. Jose has reiterated his stance that Martial is an important part of his plans and he has no intention of letting him go. Why u keep this belief whenever a player isn’t playing is beyond me
I think if we had the home leg on Thursday then he may rest players but as its away there is potential for a turn around if we don’t show Hull enough respect. He’ll go with a strong side with one or two changes. Maybe Romero and Rashford in for de Gea and Zlatan.

I’d like to see Shaw play. We also need plenty of pace as they will need to attack and will leave lots of space for us to attack in to.
Not a game for Mata imo. Would prefer Miki, Rashford and Martial with Pogba at ten.
Can see Rooney playing though.

Possibly – but he seems to only start games where we are expecting a more physical opposition – like Stoke. He will hamper us tonight if he starts as he will slow our attacks down.

We are in effect playing Hull reserves. It really does beggar belief how poor we have been across the board.
Awful first half just not at it but how on earth smalling and Jones manage to become professional footballers is beyond me.
Surely the first aspect of football is being able to control the ball and pass it even for Defenders ffs!
