I would love to see parachute payments scrapped. Complete unfair advantage for clubs that are supposed to be competing at the same level.

I think that under the current deal each club is guaranteed to be on the tv a set number of times, so two less popular teams will often be shown on telly at once as it uses up two of their total matches (one for each club) rather than have them both on individually.

As for choosing the most entertaining games for tv rather than the biggest – get real! Never going to happen and you could hardly pick them in advance.

There is no one TV company who would pass over Liverpool v Utd. Sorry, but despite Utd stinking out Anfield for 20 years now there is no chance of Liverpool v Utd not being chosen.

City v Stoke had the most goals, but was so one sided you would be hard pushed (City fans apart) to say it was good to watch, especially as one of the selling points of the PL is it’s ‘competitiveness’.

I wont subscribe to Sky or BT as I dont like the packages you have to buy.
If Spurs are at home I go to the game.
If away and on Sky i pay my 6:99 for 1 day and stream the match.
Otherwise I end up watching a crappy stream,
I would happily pay to watch all of Spurs games where I cant go or get a ticket.
MotD shows the other games and i would pay to watch other games of interest.
(would also pay to watch arsenal lose, but there is no way of knowing:)
    Bring on pay-per-view.

I got my doubts about the current format continuing for much longer.

The big clubs have much to gain but so do the smaller ones, SKY has a nasty habit of breaking the good form of clubs by adding fixtures to their program.

We’ve all seen our clubs play with short notice, I remember games coming up 24 hours after the last one. Every manager in the league has complained about the matter and nothing gets done.

If the club’s controlled their broadcasting rights themselves we would never see something like that happening.
