I am not as confident anymore about top 4. We failed to win against West Brom and now against Brighton. And we showed very little motivation yesterday. The team was devoid of everything. Worse, our fixture run is the most difficult compared to other contenders. Especially Liverpool. It’s a must for us to get 3 full points against West Ham this weekend. And we need to beat Leicester too later on. If Leicester win tomorrow (they should), the gap with the 3rd position gets bigger again.

It’s in the lap of the Gods Aindro and too difficult to call but it’s still all in our hands.

The WBA result was a freak result for all sorts of reasons and last night there were lots of circumstances that led to the poor performance all the problems surrounding the ESL would have had a negative effect on the players which culminated in the fans protest and the players stuck on the Coach unable to get off and the ko being delayed.

The recovery time on the back of two trips to Spain to play Porto and then play City in an FA Cup Semi Final at Wembley with just 2 days rest took its toll both mentally and physically imo plus key players were rested with West Ham and Real Madrid in mind and Mount was playing far too deep.

We shouldn’t give up on the top 4 just yet buddie be suprised if we play as poorly as last night v West Ham and that there won’t be significant changes to the team.
