Been in operation here in Aus for 3 seasons and is a joke. I don’t know a single fan here who likes it. The problem is it still requires humans to operation it and read it’s findings. I have seen so many examples here of VAR still giving the wrong result. It also kills atmospheres

All sorted from next season lads with FIFA taking over responsibility for VAR from IFAB.😊

Said it before and will say it again, this is the worst thing to have happened to football.

Dosen’t matter which organisation handles it whether it’s the IFAB or FIFA,the simple fact is that there are humans operating the technology.Humans are prone to errors as we see many a time. The PL is the worst in implementing it, with horrific officiating and inconsistency.

Even if VAR was perfect and got every decision right,I’d still be against it because It takes the raw emotion out of the game.I don’t want to be celebrating a goal for it to be ruled out a couple of minutes later. But that’s just my opinion,Maybe many of you might share the same view.
But the fact that it’s not perfect, it should really not even be debatable.
It’s enough that these lawmakers make these decisions.I think they must take a vote from all the managers and fans around the world whether they want to continue with this.I know what the results will be.

Lot of fans seem to be aggrieved but try being an Arsenal fan this season. Not one to believe in conspiracy theories but we are getting blatant decisions going against us week in week out literally.Neither the officials or VAR seem to be doing anything when every Pundit and player seem to be bamboozled by that.

Completely agree VAR is the worst thing ever, i have never seen a season with as inconsistent calls ever… its like every weekend there is a foul that goes against what happened the previous weekend… whether its a handball, offside or a penalty decision… the standard is so poor

Well from today’s games, the onfield referee in the Brighton game was a twat, but var increased his idiocy. Yet having watched Bournemouth v Watford at lunchtime with no var, the ref allowed Bournemouth to score from a free kick, even though he had awarded the free kick to Watford. And he allowed the vile scumbag Lerma to roll around on the ground for about 15 minutes, despite the fact the only bad challenge he was involved in was done by him.
So var or no var, it doesn’t matter. As long as referees, local or remote are arrogant and clueless, then football will be ****ed.

This is bad refereeing, like wow… how can you fuck up so badly, the bloody ref just takes a goal off Brighton… perfectly legal goal if it had not been for the mistakes of the ref himself…

I´ve seen quite a few goals like that scored against my team and visa versa, its a suckerpunch but there is no sense in allowing the opposition to dictate the free-kick…

I don´t know why he is blowing his whistle there, its even done after the free-kick is taken so he is impeding the game…

I know mistakes can happen in football. But when VAR checks are being done and they’re getting it wrong. Even when it’s clear as day. Anyone think there may be dodgy corruption involving refs and betting?

VAR fanatics have told us all along that offside calls are completely accurate so there’s no point arguing against marginal decisions.

Now we know it’s possible to draw the lines in the wrong place, I dread to think how many others have been called incorrectly over the years.

VAR has had more than enough chances, get rid of the useless shit
