Didn’t really do a great deal in today’s game against West Brom. I know it’s only 10/11 games, but he just hasn’t taken off and play and score goals like this time last season.

Maybe Arsenal have had a lucky escape, and I bet he himself might be having second thoughts.

Think Leicester made a bit of a Boo Boo benching Vardy for Todays game,He looked lively when He came on but credit Albion’s resilience when they went ahead.

Did he turn down Arsenal then ? 🙂

JV hasn’t mentioned it this week.

In comparison to last year, he’s been feeding off scraps so far this season.

Think it was inevitable after achieving what they did last year that a few would take their foot off the gas a bit, and also losing Kante has had a big impact on the way they play.

Don’t think Vardy’s level has dropped necessarily, but he’s not had much service in comparison to last year.

According to whoscored, last season Vardy was averaging 3.2 shots per game.
This season 1.3 shots per game…

I think that shows how much less service he’s been working with this year.

They better release that film about his life story pretty damn quickly as his stock is plummeting by the minute.

He’s looked dangerous for England against Spain tonight, and just scored a terrific goal.

    MOTM so far.

Other than the well taken header he didn’t really do much all night. He won a penalty but the truth is he should of hit it earlier and started to run away from goal. The pundits are struggling to keep the shine on him by focusing on two incidents but not focusing on poor touch and passing which gave possession to Spain. The best strikers work on limited service and create their own chances, Vardy just can’t do that. He isn’t the first and won’t be the last.

If Leicester didn’t win the league he would of been quickly categorised next to the likes of Lambert, Michu and many other one season wonders.
