And then watch Liverpool play Wolves and hand it back.

Will there be a final twist?

Another dive from Sterling to get a pen and then half an hour of holding the ball by the corner flag I expect. Oh yes, and the expression “Vincent Kompany, who was lucky to be still on the pitch” to be used at some point.

Kingo, not forgetting the well used…”another foul by City on the half way line breaks up another attack”!

Oh yes DH, I forgot that one. I remember saying after they were gifted the 3 points against your lot for a Silva dive that decisions like that make champions. Now we will see them crowned as the most unworthy champions in history. But on a more important note, how are we going to turn round a 1 goal deficit against Sunderland?

Really? The fact that Salah has robbed so many teams with his dives makes City’s victory more satisfying. City have been immense all season. 14 wins on the trot, and winning it after being 7 points behind. Liverpool becomes the first club not to win the league 3 times while top at Christmas… 2 points dropped at OT cost them the title. Never mind, it’s going to be their year next year again, lol

And now for a well worn cliche..

    The table never lies.

City are worthy champions. Congratulations to them.

Liverpool fans should be proud of their team’s performance over the season. Both of the top two have been light years ahead of the chasing (flailing) pack.

Tottenham, I suspect, will be a little disappointed not to stay closer. However, a CL final will make the slip to fourth little more than a momentary shoulder shrug.

As for Chelsea, Arsenal and Utd.. all much of a muchness over the season.

Not counting the obvious top two, my team of the year is Wolves.
