Ash – serious question buddy do you think your responses to Lennys posts make him more or less likely to continue in the current vein? Surely the cold silent treatment would yield a better result? Why go fishing in the same pond when you don’t get any bites?
HK, I absolutely agree buddy. One hundred per cent. I am my own worst enemy when I allow WUMs to have their fun.
I had, however, managed to ignore Lenny for quite some time prior to him again referencing me unkindly this weekend.
I guess when I reach the end of my tolerance point I am then applying real world principles (ie someone taking the p over an extended period and without provocation will eventually be challenged directly and bluntly) to an online community where anonymity makes people act differently, and in Lenny’s case far more provocatively. It just doesn’t work, and only has the end result of more frustration.
I will do my best to ignore him going forward. Thanks for your positive and helpful post. I hope HK is treating you well.

Hk was treating me far too well so we’ve actually just moved back to Singapore for the sake of my poor liver 🙂 Much better environment for young kids in SG as well mate, less pollution and more space etc. I miss the uk (in summer) however still love this part of the world and great for the career as well. Trust Thimgs all good over in the uk mate

Yes, the UK isn’t so bad thanks. I think I’d prefer the Asian continent on balance though, if for nothing else but a less abrasive culture.
My youngest son and his girlfriend will be in Singapore within the next week or so. They are continuing their SE Asia travels after a brief visit back to the UK.
Any Singapore specific tips therefore gratefully received!

Mac made a valid point that smoking can help relieve stress and calm a person down. It’s obvious that vaping is not doing the trick for you Ash and I hate to say this, but you might as well go back on the fags!
Do they still sell Capstan Full Strength? If so, I’d start on them straight away if I were you mate. You never know, they may even help you to regain a slight sense of humour (only joking).

Randy, thanks for the advice, but it’s important to learn the difference between kneeling down and bending over before you fart. If you are out to describe the truth, then leave elegance to the tailor mate. And remember, you are what you is, you is what you am, you ain’t what you’re not, and that’s not a lot. But hell, let’s not be too rough on your workmanlike effort and thanks for even bothering to let one go. Passed my biggest test yet yesterday ash…late afternoon in the sun overlooking the beach in Bournemouth. Couple of bottles of nice Provence rosè on the go, half the lads puffing away and I was going absolutely feral to join them.
But I stood firm. Had a toke on something stronger before the match but that’s just medicinal, right?

All this talk of vaping and side effects, yet nobody has mentioned another important aspect of vaping. Which are your favorite E-Liquids? Below is the E-Cigarette I use, and a few of my favorite liquids.

-Blackberry and blueberry.
-Pink Lemonade.
-Watermelon Chill.
-Triple Menthol.
-Menthol and fruity mix.
-Aniseed Menthol.
-Blackcurrant, Aniseed, peppermint and menthol.Blackcurrent smoothie, and, Fire and Ice at the moment.
Paxman, over the last month have spent around 60 quid on e liquids, I would say 85% of them were utter shite, but it’s trial and error, finding the ones you like.
Have come to realize that I favor the menthol/icey type liquids, am currently using one called menthol mist from tablites, I would recommend it.
