I told you who I would get in but you dismiss my pick is Mourinho or Allegri. You will presume they won’t come but without Arsenal trying. We may as well give up then if we can’t lure them, should we turn around and then say we can’t get top players no more as nobody will want to come? Then us fans will moan that we don’t do enough on the transfer market. Dump him and I’d have even Ljunberg as interim. There is not one jot of improvement since the two seasons he’s been here last season we were terrible and this season is even worse, get him out ASAP.

Allegri won’t come and Mourinho wouldn’t be interested unless he had £300m to spend and a better squad to start with. He’s also toxic and would be a disaster. It’s all very well throwing names around but you need to be realistic. We tried for Allegri and he turned us down, why would he come now.

I find it odd you name Torreira as he is beeing played as a AMC when he is a DMC. Its all down to Emery because this clown dont have a clue.

Anything is better than him right now and to be honest anyone else would do a better job than him.

Is it better to waste £6m now on sacking him and get a chance of top 4 or keep him and for sure miss out and then on top of that be forced to sell Auba and Laca in the summer?

Bsm walk, I don’t know why you haven’t noticed but we don’t sign top players. They leave us they don’t come to us, why would they when we aren’t in the Champs League. Look at the dross we signed, Luiz, Sokratis, Torreira, Pepe, hardly top players, if they were they wouldn’t come to Arsenal. Until we free up space in the squad by dumping the overpaid dross we can’t sign anyone.

Torreira clearly isn’t interested and has been poor all season. As long as we have the losers mentality at the club and the couldn’t care less attitude players on our books nothing will change. Dick will be gone soon enough and then we will be 2 years into my time frame and 1 manager down. The next manager will roll off the taxi tank and won’t make any difference

Yup Romford, 10 years 3 managers. Now it’s 8 years 2 managers. Working well isn’t it. Remember back in 2005 when I said we would never win the PL again with Wenger in charge and you all guffawed and said Arsene Knows he will win loads. Got that right and I’m right about this. Time is ticking and we are going nowhere tick, tick, tick tick.

Good then Oracle, let’s sack the manager and let the new manager not make one iota of difference. Just to prove you right mate, let’s do it just for you.

Muffler – Sure we might as well experiment with a new manager with fresher ideas, but let’s not kid ourself that this team will suddenly improve. This midfield is the worst we might’ve ever had in more than a decade or so.I speak in terms of quality, expereince, balance everything.

Against wolves,Emery started with the exact same team that fans have wanted and have been suggesting, still we failed to get a result. Not saying emery is not the problem, but so is the squad there are many issues that we have within the squad.

Either ways,we still gave wolves more shots at goal,to my recollection almost twice as more. That’s unacceptable.Just sack him now,he’s surely going to be before the end of the season they might as well do it now.

Sorry but has any fan said to play Torreira as an AMC??

Did anyone say lets bring on Saka for him when beeing 1-0 up?

Did anyone say lets bring Kolasinac on for Tierney at 1-1 while leaving Pepe on the bench?

Sure we have deadweight in the team no doubt about that. But what Emery is doing only he seems to understand and that right now is the biggest problem even though we have even more issues in the squad. If he is afraid to loose then that will affect the players.

Bsm walk, well according to you that’s exactly what’s happening now. We have a new manager and we are no better off and you want this one sacked after 1 season. But you wanted Clouseau to stay for ever. He’s the reason we are in this mess and until his dross is shipped out nothing changes. You’ll get it one day

Muffler, why do you think we ended up with Dick, he was unemployed. Allegri turned us down, no one wanted the job because we are in such a mess

Who said I wanted your secret crush Wenger to stay forever? You must think you’re the holy grail and only fan existed that wanted Wenger out. Don’t worry, I’ll have that medal for you that says first to want Wenger out.

Whether we like it, or not the goal was poor awareness by the players. Ceballos didn’t know where he was and totally left his mark. The centre, as Ian wright said, is porous. Three passes and you’re on goal. chambers and Socrates not working. Look how opposition target this area. First 20 min Turney was one on one with the fastest player in prem league. Thank God they doubled up for him then. That he adapted shows his tactical nous. A good man.
We then bring on Saka. He has no idea how to play defence, thus reopening gape on the right. He is naive at this level. He cannot be expected to combat the experience of the players he faces in prem league. Not fair on him , or his team mates.
Sorry Shifty, new manager please. If Dick stays, we stay in decay. We must change as we’re going nowhere.
I would give Maureen a go. At least he will kick some arse. Maybe also with the people upstairs to loosen the money strings for some defenders. We have had too many years of sweet talk. Rodgers won’t come and Allegi neither. I’ll take a chance on Maureen, after all, we’re pretty screwed at the present time anyway. Pussy’s of the league.

Bsm walk, I’ve got a long memory. I wanted Wenger out 10 years before he was sacked. Wengie lovers like you wanted him to stay along with his overpaid couldn’t care less loser players. Dick is just the sacrificial lamb, the first one to fall by the wayside as the back room staff try to repair Wengers damage. Anyway you’ll be overjoyed to know The Sunday Times claims Mourinho is coming Dick has 3 games to save himself. Mourinho the one you all hated when he called Wenger a Specialist in Failure, now you want him as manager. Oh the irony.

You’ve got a long memory have you? Good for you. I didn’t hate Mourinho when he called him a specialist in failure by the way, I hated him for his antics I.E poking a managers eyes out but no problem, put words in my mouth.

You must clearly adore Wenger if you keep speaking about him.

Oracle- don’t know why you persist with this, you’re getting as repetitive as TSO and I’m sure no-one, let alone you, would want to be compared with him. There are quite a number of us,in fact many, who wanted Wenger out before the dictator succumbed,so why keep persistently droning on about 10 years and 3 managers? The facts speak for themselves. There has been £200m spent since Wenger left. This manager is absolutely clueless- on team selection, formation, tactics ( have you spotted any?), substitutions, motivation and he cannot think or affect games when required. He is even poorer than Wenger was and that is saying something. One of his biggest crimes is that he has made this team afraid so they do not know what to do, just like him. I think he spends so many potentially winnable games making subs so we don’t lose as he knows he will be crucified, like yesterday. Away from home, he is afraid of everyone- even Watford as the Swiss joke commented afterwards. Even when he does make subs, there is complete confusion all round as exemplified against Sheffield United particularly with Aubameyang and Saka in three different positions within 15 minutes. The use of Torreira, whom you call poor, is completely unjustified. I think he is currently not playing well, but as shown last season until Christmas he can be very good, but then ran out of steam when covering for that sloth, Xhaka. Now,he is being asked to play in an advanced role -why? What next, Ozil as centre half- wouldn’t put it past Emery. No, Emery has completely misused the players at his disposal to the extent that our two best ones are unlikely to be stay around if he does.

Just seen the whole game and it was not the worst we have played and it could have gone either way. Although they had 25 shots most of those were pot shots. I still can’t see what the game plan was supposed to be especially the midfield, not sure who was supposed to be the holding player? Tor played all over the shop. And Ceb, I have no idea what he was told? Up front we had no attacking width on the left not sure if that was supposed to be tierney as he hardly got forward whilst chambers bombed on all game. This is not just because these are shit players as don’t think anyone had a stinker. You can’t keep playing well when you change your position and formation week in week out which is all about the coach and his tactics. He is such a negative coach and he never seems to just say we are him great at this and you have to stop us which is the opposite of Wenger who never adapted who ever he was playing. Most of the game we did not look like the home team ! Two teams

Jeff, OK let me point a few things out. Wenger created a club that thought winning wasn’t everything, 4th was like winning a trophy. We have crap overpaid players who have grown up with this attitude, it’s instilled in their psyche, they believe it. Until they have gone we won’t improve. The hierarchy, this new behind the scenes set up interviewed Dick and decided he was the best man for the job, a tactical genius, he knew all about our squad, had encyclopaedic knowledge blah blah blah. The fact he can’t speak English seemed to have escaped them. You claim we have spent £200m since Wenger left. Who exactly? Perhaps you’d like to list them. As for 10 years and 3 managers, I’m starting to think it will be longer and more managers. Until the loser mentality is eradicated nothing changes. The penny will drop eventually, it might take 10 years and 3 managers though. Just like my 2005 prediction. Got that right as well didn’t I.

Gazidis was involved when Emery was interviewed so it could very well be his parting gift to us from him. Since he jumped ship after that. I would not put it past him given the stick he got.
