“Hopefully thiago isnt injured for nxt week”

Judging by the look on Thiago’s face, I worry that he knew he would miss the final. I hope that either I or he was wrong.

we’ll need both himself and Fabinho to beat Real. Well, they’ll bloody help!

we’ve 6 days to rest, thank fuck cause we have rarely looked so tired.

    Disappointed yes
    Gutted no

It was always Citys league to lose today
    They very nearly did
Villa give us a great sweat but it wasn’t to be
Fair play to City for overturning a 2-0 deficit to go on and win it.
Counting can’t do 90mins anymore at the min so can’t argue with that sub.
Liverpool were always up against it today.
We foght back and got our win but it wasn’t to be.

We move on to next week.
    Looks like Thiago is out.

The Divock Origi send off by the fans and the club was top notch.

    Loved it.

Also, Salah winning the Golden Boot was great to see too.

    Well deserved.

That was tough to take. Villa did their part but couldn’t keep them out in the end. We win our game against Wolves but its just not enough. Frustrating day but we must focus on the positives from this season & hope the Redmen can beat Madrid next week. Whatever happens lfc have played a truly wonderful season ynwa !

Villa may have done their part for three quarters of the game; but couldn’t help feeling that all 3 of City’s goals were quite stoppable if Villa had remained fully committed and ‘switched on’ for the entire game. A dreadful touch/clearance from Mings and Digne switching off twice at the back post and how different today may be feeling. But, never mind, as it’s all about what happens over 38 games and not just the last round of fixtures.

Indeed Red, we slipped up a few times this season from positions where we should have gone on and won and didn’t, but would I swap that for a chance to win all four with 15 minutes left of the League? Hell yeh!

We’ll walk the PL next season.

City will have Haaland to work into their setup and although he’s brilliant, it wont be easy for them to adjust. The most important part of it though, is that we’ll start next season as we ended this one. We gave away too many silly points earlier on in the campaign but in the 2nd half, we remembered that we are good enough to win the PL.

Of course, if we sell a few top players or something, this changes things but this is my prediction and I’m willing to have it timestamped and shoved back in my face.
