Sources: Rangers braced for damaging double bid for two key Ibrox stars also wanted by Leeds, Southampton

James Tavernier, Reo Hatate Celtic v Rangers

Turkish giants Galatasaray are looking at Rangers again and are keen on signing two of Michael Beale’s key players before the summer transfer window shuts, TEAMtalk understands.

The Turkish champions have already snapped up winger Ryan Kent this summer after he left Ibrox on a Bosman free transfer.

Now Gala are looking at other options, with Manchester United star Fred and Tottenham misfit Tanguy Ndombele also on their radar.

However, we understand that Ibrox has once again emerged as a hunting ground for Gala, with Glen Kamara and captain James Tavernier two top targets.

Kamara has already come to an agreement with Gers boss Beale that he can train away from the first-team until his future is resolved.

TEAMtalk understands that there is interest in Italy, Germany and England for the Finland international. Indeed, recently relegated duo Leeds United and Southampton have maintained an interest in Kamara despite dropping down to the Championship.

Meanwhile, Galatasaray have also asked about hugely influential Ibrox skipper Tavernier.

The 31-year-old is also a target for Saudi side Al Ettifaq, where his former boss Steven Gerrard is now in charge.

Galatasaray want Tavernier on board after sanctioning an exit for Sacha Boey, who has held talks with Burnley, although it’s unclear at this stage if both players are willing to move to Turkey.
