Record-breaking Brazilian could make big-money move as Fabrizio Romano confirms big club interest

The Premier League could be the next destination for record breaker Endrick, as Fabrizio Romano has confirmed interest in him from some big clubs.
Endrick’s stats a youth player showed him to be a hot prospect. Indeed, he scored six goals in seven games for Palmeiras’ academy side.
The forward has also had an impact in international football. In four games for Brazil Under-17s, he has scored five goals and assisted a teammate once.
As such, Palmeiras are clearly expecting big things from their youngster.
That much has been evident recently, as Endrick has recently been promoted to the first team. The youngster has appeared sparingly, being eased into senior football.
However, it has not taken long for him to have an influence on Palmeiras’ first team. What’s more, he has etched his name into history in doing so.
Indeed, at just 16 years old, Endrick became Palmeiras’ youngest ever goalscorer. That was reported by transfer insider Romano, who was quick to remind people that the forward was born in 2006.
Not only did Endrick score once, but he doubled his tally later on in the game.
Romano confirms big club interest
The record-breaking performance is sure to have teams raving about Endrick. Romano has confirmed that some big sides are already keen on the young Brazilian.
Indeed, he revealed that ‘top European clubs are fighting’ to sign him.
There have already been reports that some of England’s biggest clubs are after the star. Each of Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool have been linked with potential moves for Endrick.
There might well be a host of new names added to that list after he showed his class on just his fourth senior appearance.
Endrick has big release clause
Romano also mentioned Endrick’s release clause of €60million (approx £52million).
If he continues to shine for Palmeiras, it would not be a surprise if somebody was to pay that. Indeed, the Brazilian side could well have a number of clubs fighting to snatch their young star.
However, he surely needs to show some consistency before anybody is to come in with a big offer just yet.
While he has pulled off an impressive feat, and he has performed in academy football, that has not gone on for very long.
Indeed, Palmeiras should be safe in the knowledge that Endrick will remain with them for the time being.
That will likely do the forward some good, too. He will be able to develop without a massive price tag hanging over him, rather than be given pressure to perform after a big club has snared him.
